Seven steps from your priorities to a verified launch
Every step has a check you can see, so you know what has been agreed, what has been built and what has been verified.
-
01Step 1 of 7
Define what the campaign should achieve
Start with your business priorities
I work with you to agree which services to promote, who you want to reach, where your customers are and how much you want to spend.
We also identify services, locations and searches that should be excluded.
Your benefitA focused campaign with an agreed purpose and budget.
-
02Step 2 of 7
Review and approve your advertising copy
Keep your voice in the advertising
I prepare headlines and descriptions in a shared review sheet. You can approve the suggested wording, make edits or remove options you don’t want.
The sheet includes character counts, length warnings, target keywords and destination pages, making review straightforward.
Your benefitYou control what your business says before the advertising is uploaded.
-
03Step 3 of 7
Match searches to services
Create a relevant journey from search to website
I organise keywords and advertisements around distinct services, then connect each group to an appropriate page on your website.
I also use negative keywords to help exclude unwanted searches.
Your benefitProspective customers reach information relevant to what they need.
-
04Step 4 of 7
Build and check the campaign
Verify that the setup matches your approval
I check the saved advertisements, keywords, destination pages, budget and targeting against the agreed plan.
New campaigns can be prepared in a paused state for review before launch. When replacing or extending advertising, I agree with you how existing campaigns should be handled.
Your benefitA controlled launch with checks completed before spending begins.
-
05Step 5 of 7
Check everything that can appear in the ad
Look beyond the main headline and description
An advertisement can include additional links, callouts, phone details and location information. Existing account assets may appear alongside newly approved copy.
I review these elements for relevance and investigate policy warnings or rejected keywords.
Your benefitA clearer understanding of the full advertisement customers may see, with issues identified before launch.
-
06Step 6 of 7
Verify what the tracking actually measures
Separate customer actions from business outcomes
I inspect the tracking setup and establish which actions the campaign records.
A phone click is different from a connected call. Opening a booking page is different from requesting an appointment. A booking request may still need acceptance before it becomes a confirmed appointment.
Where appropriate, I coordinate test enquiries or bookings to check the journey. If a connection is missing or a result cannot be verified, I make that gap clear.

07Step 7 of 7
Give you a clear handover
Know what is ready and what comes next
I document the campaign structure, approved messaging, completed checks and outstanding decisions.
This gives you a clear record of what has been prepared, what has been verified and what needs attention before launch or further optimisation.

You understand what your advertising is doing
My role is to make your Google Ads campaign clear, reviewable and accountable.

Questions You May Have
Do I approve the ads before they run?+
Yes. Headlines and descriptions are prepared in a shared review sheet, and you can approve, edit or remove any option before the advertising is uploaded. New campaigns can also be prepared in a paused state for review before launch.
Is my ad spend included in the fee?+
No. Your ad spend is billed separately by Google, at the budget we agree before launch.
I already have Google Ads running. What happens to those campaigns?+
When replacing or extending advertising, I agree with you how existing campaigns should be handled. I also check existing account assets, as these can appear alongside newly approved copy.
Will I know how many customers the ads bring in?+
I inspect and, where appropriate, test the tracking so you know exactly what it records. Confirmed outcomes are separated from supporting activity like clicks, and if a result cannot be verified, I make that gap clear rather than guessing.
