From a time-consuming task to a tested workflow
Step 1 finds where AI genuinely helps. Step 2 sets it up, tests it with real examples and hands it over, with you in control throughout.
AI use case review
Find the tasks where AI is worth using, and agree the rules.
-
01Step 1 of 7
Map how the work gets done
Start with your week, not the technology
We look at the tasks that take up your time and your team’s: answering enquiries, chasing bookings, writing quotes, preparing content and pulling numbers together.
I map how each one works today, including the tools you already use and where the information comes from.
Your benefitA clear picture of where time goes before anything changes.
-
02Step 2 of 7
Choose where AI should help, and where it shouldn’t
A practical use case with a clear purpose
Each task is weighed up for time saved, risk and how much judgement it needs. We start with one or two practical use cases, such as drafting replies or preparing documents for your review.
Some tasks are better left as they are. I’ll tell you which ones.
Your benefitEffort focused where AI genuinely saves time.
-
03Step 3 of 7
Agree the privacy and approval rules
Decide what AI can see and do
We agree what information the tools can access, what must stay out and which actions always need a person to check them first.
Customer information is handled with privacy in mind, and the rules are set out in plain English.
Your benefitClear rules on data and approvals, agreed before anything is connected.
Set-up, testing and handover
Build the agreed workflow, prove it works and show your team how to use it.
-
04Step 4 of 7
Set up the workflow
Built around the tools you already use
I set up the agreed use case to work with your existing email, calendar, booking system or documents where possible.
Instructions are written for your business: your services, your prices, your tone and the questions customers actually ask.
Your benefitAI that fits how you work, not the other way around.
-
05Step 5 of 7
Test it with real examples
Check the output before you rely on it
We test the workflow with real examples from your business, such as past enquiries, typical quotes or last month’s numbers. I check accuracy, tone and what happens when information is missing.
If a result is not reliable enough, I make that clear and adjust the setup or the scope.

06Step 6 of 7
Show your team how to use it
Plain-English guidance
A working session and a short written guide cover how to use the workflow, how to check its output and what to do when something looks wrong.
Your benefitYou and your team can use it with confidence.
-
07Step 7 of 7
Hand over and review
Know what is working and what comes next
I document the setup, the rules we agreed and any outstanding decisions.
After a few weeks of use, we review the time saved, any issues and whether to extend AI to the next task.
Your benefitA clear record and a practical next step.

AI for your business
Practical AI, set up around how you work.
You know what AI is doing for your business
My role is to make AI practical, understandable and safe for your business to use.
You know which tasks it helps with, what information it can see, what it prepares and what still needs a person. After 25 years building digital products and services, I keep the focus on the people using them: you, your team and your customers.
Paul Hannigan, Founder, Dove Digital
Which tasks it helps with

What it can see
Data access agreed and limited to what each task needs.
What needs a person

Whether it works
Tested with real examples and reviewed after use.
“Paul took my business and turned it into a complete online system: the brand, the website, the marketing, ads and launch plan. He spent time to really understand my business and my customers and never lost sight of the person on the other side of the screen.”
Diana, Clinic Owner, Sydney
Questions You May Have
Do I need to be technical?+
No. Everything is set up for you and explained in plain English, with a written guide for you and your team.
Will AI send messages to my customers without me?+
Not unless you decide it should. By default, AI prepares drafts, and you or your team check them before anything is sent or published.
What about my customers’ privacy?+
We agree what information the tools can access before anything is connected, and limit it to what each task needs. Sensitive information can be kept out entirely.
Which tools does it work with?+
Where possible, the workflow is set up around tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, booking system, documents or spreadsheets. We confirm what is practical on your discovery call.
What does it cost?+
Every business is different, so the use case review is quoted after a free discovery call and set-up is scoped from the plan we agree. You know the cost before any work starts.
