Senior judgement, applied to your business
I've spent 25 years building digital products and services, including work for Fairfax, Yahoo and health and wellbeing organisations. I bring that experience to the practical questions small business owners face: what needs fixing, what is worth investing in, and what can wait.
Every assessment is carried out by me personally, from the first conversation to the action plan.
Capabilities: digital strategy, websites and booking systems, SEO and local search, content and copywriting, email and CRM, marketing collateral, and AI-enhanced workflows.
Curious how AI could help your business run more efficiently?
AI can help with repetitive business tasks, but it needs a clear purpose. Start with a practical use case—drafting replies, preparing content or organising information—with you in control of what gets sent or published.
Everything is set up with customer privacy in mind, and in plain English.
Ask about AI on your discovery call“Paul took my therapeutic work and turned it into a complete online programme: the brand, the website, the course platform and the launch plan. He understood how sensitive this work is and never lost sight of the person on the other side of the screen.”

Questions You May Have
How much of my time does it take?+
The initial discovery call is free and takes 15 minutes. If you proceed, allow about 30 minutes for the working brief. The Full Audit also includes a 60-minute review session. I handle the assessment work.
Will this work for my type of business?+
The assessment follows how your customers choose and contact you. For a roofer, that might be quote requests; for a dentist, appointments; for a café, menus, directions and orders. We agree the priorities and any specialist requirements before starting.
Do I have to hire you to make the changes?+
No. The findings and action plan are yours to keep, and your team or any developer can action them. If you'd like me to do it, the audit fee is credited.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?+
Yes. The audit is delivered online, so location doesn't matter.
